Sustainability and innovation

The essence of human innovation shines

No mining.
Reduced environmental and social impact.
Manufacturing process with renewable energy.
“Every sparkle counts: synthetic diamonds shine with sustainability and environmental awareness .”

The machinery used to produce laboratory diamonds certainly represents a significant innovation in the sector of the production of these gems.
These machines are designed to replicate the extreme conditions in which natural diamonds are formed, allowing for the controlled creation of high-quality diamonds in the laboratory.
Thanks to such advanced technological innovations

The procedure

In summary, laboratory diamonds are produced through two main synthesis processes:

1. High Pressure and High Temperature (HPHT) :
• Uses an HPHT press to create conditions similar to those found deep inside the Earth, with high temperatures and extreme pressures.
• A mixture of pure carbon is exposed to these conditions, allowing the carbon to crystallize and form a diamond.
2. Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD):
• It involves a vacuum reactor in which a gas mixture containing hydrogen and carbon is ionized and decomposed.
• Carbon atoms deposited on a substrate gradually accumulate to form a diamond layer.

Both methods allow to obtain high quality diamonds , with various possible applications, such as jewelry, industrial cutting and advanced technologies
